This course is for pastors, evangelists, church stewards, committee members and lay leaders who carry responsibility for running a circuit, parish or congregation. It brings together biblical principles and practical management tools, with examples from churches in Zimbabwe and across Africa.
You will learn how churches are structured, what good leadership looks like, how to keep records and run meetings, how to plan strategically, how to handle money with integrity, and how to manage stress and conflict. The course closes with the legal and policy responsibilities of church leaders, including safeguarding and the care of employees.
