Harare, 27 October 2026 – It was a day of joy, laughter and fellowship at United Theological College as the Sophomore Class came together on Monday, 26 October, to celebrate the birthday of one of its own, Student Pastor Valentine Magovoh.
Born on 26 October 1990, Student Pastor Magovoh celebrated his 36th birthday surrounded by classmates who were eager to make the occasion special.
The class took time out from its busy academic schedule to honour him with warm wishes, heartfelt prayers, laughter and fellowship—an expression of the close bond shared by the sophomore family.
The celebration was attended by the Acting Dean, Reverend Nyaradzai Mandevana, whose presence brought warmth and encouragement to the occasion. The class appreciated his joining them to celebrate the minister-in-formation.
Classmates described Student Pastor Magovoh as a committed, dependable and cheerful minister-in-formation who serves the class and college with dedication and humility. They thanked him for his fellowship and wished him good health, wisdom and success in the years ahead.
Visibly touched by the gesture, student pastor Magovoh thanked his classmates for their affection and for making his birthday memorable.
The celebration was more than a birthday gathering. It was a reminder of the bond that unites the Sophomore Class—a community that studies, prays and supports one another, and takes joy in celebrating its members.
As the gathering came to a close, the class’s message was clear: at United Theological College, no one celebrates alone.
